Forgot password

The password can be reset in a few minutes with a code sent to the account email.

1. Open the Kordbika game — the Android app or the Windows client.
2. On the login screen, tap «Forgot password?».
3. Enter the email address the account is registered with.
4. Check the inbox — an email with a code arrives from [email protected]. If it is not there, also check the «Spam» and «Promotions» folders.
5. Enter the code and the new password. Done — log in.

The code can be requested again with «Send code again» (at most once a minute). If the email is no longer accessible, write to us — we will help.
